A Champenoise method sparkling wine of great freshness, elegance, determination and character, with a minimum aging of 48 months on yeasts, obtained from grapes of Nerello Mascalese, from vineyards planted in Milo in the "Salice" district, on the eastern slope of the volcano, at an altitude of 500 meters.
