In Milo’s Contrada Salice 700 meters above sea level, and in the only municipality that can boast the designation "Superiore," Lindo is born. The sapling plants resting on the wire are arranged on lava stone terraces typical of Etna. After the harvest, carried out in the first ten days of October, the grapes undergo a soft pressing and the must ferments at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks and then eight months minimum in the bottle.
