In Milo, in contrada Salice at about 600 meters above sea level, Lavi is born. The Etnean sapling and spurred cordon vines are planted on lava stone terraces typical of Etna. After the harvest carried out in the first ten days of October, the grapes undergo a soft pressing and the must ferments at a controlled temperature. This is followed by aging in steel and bottle for at least 8 months.
