Pinin is our tribute to Pippo Iuppa, father of the founder.
It is made from 100-year-old, free-range indigenous grapes, including "relic" varieties recovered with commitment and passion from an ancient vineyard found among the brambles on our property. Twisted saplings that have met the challenge of time and still give us the exclusivity of a rare and authentic product. The strict selection of the best bunches, the careful vinification in accordance with traditional methods and aging in ideal conditions. Our best way to thank Pinin.
